WagerWorld Sports provides digital sports analysis, picks and related information. Because our products consist of time-sensitive digital information that may be delivered shortly after purchase, the following refund policy applies.
Digital Products and Picks
Purchases of WagerWorld Sports picks, weekly passes, season passes and other digital sports information are generally final once access to the purchased picks or digital content has been provided.
Once a pick or other purchased information has been delivered or made available to you, it cannot be returned in the same manner as a physical product.
Before Picks Have Been Delivered
If you believe you made a purchase by mistake and no picks or purchased digital content have yet been delivered or made available to you, contact us as soon as possible. We will review the circumstances and determine whether the order can be cancelled and refunded.
Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once for the same purchase, or experienced another billing error, please contact us so we can investigate and correct any verified billing issue.
Failure to Receive Purchased Service
If you purchased a WagerWorld Sports package but did not receive or obtain access to the service included with your purchase, contact us promptly.
We will first attempt to provide the purchased service or correct the delivery problem. If we are unable to provide the service you purchased, we will review the order for an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund.
Winning and Losing Wagers
Refunds are not provided based on the outcome of a sports pick or wager.
Sports wagering involves risk, and no WagerWorld Sports pick is guaranteed to win. A losing pick, losing wager or unsuccessful betting result does not make a purchase eligible for a refund.
Package Terms
Weekly passes, season passes and other packages provide the access described on the applicable product page at the time of purchase.
Except where specifically stated otherwise, unused portions of a package are not refundable after purchased picks or digital content have begun to be delivered.
Payment Processing
Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment processor, card issuer or financial institution.
